Starting a New Page
Filamentality is a simple fill-in-the-blank process. The information you enter is used to dynamically generate your web page. You can return to update or edit your work at any time. Make sure to let all Filamentality pages load completely; then fill in the blanks. Avoid using symbols and characters as these may affect the Filamentality program.

The start page will look something like this. The most important fields are:

What's the main topic of your page?

KEEP IT SHORT. This is not your Title. This is the subtitle and will be used to identify the subject of your online activitiy.

Type a username.

Choose your username and password carefully. They cannot be changed once you click the Spin This Thing button below. There is a 20 character maximum. Use letters or numbers only.

Type a password.

There is a 7 character maximum. Use letters or numbers only. Use "temp" only if you intend to make a temporary page. We delete temp files periodically.

Enter your e-mail address:

Use an address that you won't mind having your students and the rest of the world see.

Click the "Spin this Thing" button to save your work and continue.
