Introduction
Parents need to understand that the greatest risk our children face online is being denied access. The Internet is essential to our children's education, future careers and lives. But even the most experienced Internet user doesn't understand how children use the Internet and how to help them have a safer and more enjoyable surfing experience. Whether you are looking for safe sites, or tips about where kids post personal information without realizing it, whether you are seeking a place for your kids to be able to learn about online safety and responsible surfing or looking for a safe learning environment the links listed below will help to make the on-line experience positive, safe, and educational.

Establish consistent, fair guidelines with plenty of non-electronic options.
