Mary Schrader Lasica

Mary is a former classroom teacher with ten years experience in Sacramento area schools. Several years ago, she was exposed to the Internet during her graduate studies and has been "wired" ever since. Mary has been involved in education programs at AT&T since 1992.

Mary was an Education Advocate from 1995 until 2002. In 2002, she became the California state-wide E-rate Specialist. She trained account managers, California Education Advocates, and others on e-rate, created handouts and materials, and served as the liason on several high level committees. In 2005, Mary switched back to being an Education Advocate.

Education Advocates work closely with AT&T account managers to identify sales opportunities, assist customers with technology choices, and provide value-add services such as customized workshops and presentations.
